Petaluma native Bill Foster honored

Bill Foster, a Petaluma native who found his calling as a member of the Alpine Meadows ski patrol, died tragically last December in an avalanche. Bill was one of the founding members and the head trainer of Alpine’s avalanche dog rescue program.
