Alpine Meadows celebrates the start of the 2012/13 season with party sunny skies and 4 lifts in operation. Summit Six, Roundhouse, Meadow and Alpine Bowl are open with packed powder and groomed runs.

What’s new this year:

Mile-long Terrain Park
Thanks to a recent partnership with Snow Park Technologies, Alpine will open Tahoe’s longest terrain park. The park improvements include a beginner progression park off Subway where lessons will be available.

Burton Adult Learn to Ride Center
Burton’s LTR program combines proven teaching methodologies with beginner-specific equipment to make learning easy.

Improved Snowmaking
Upgrades will help produce a higher quality of snow at a faster speed, allowing for more terrain to be open sooner.

Tahoe Super Pass
Along with Alpine and Squaw, Silver and Gold passes are accepted at Sierra-at-Tahoe Sunday-Friday, non-holiday.
Gold passes also include 2 FREE lift tickets to Whistler Blackcomb and $25 off lift tickets thereafter, and 50% off lift tickets at Aspen/Snowmass, Alta and Jackson Hole.
