Vail Resorts, Inc. announced Wednesday that it has agreed to acquire Kirkwood Mountain Resort for $18 million, making it the third Lake Tahoe ski resort to be purchased by Vail.
Effective today, passholders of Northstar and Heavenly will also have access Kirkwood.
